I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA who wanted to be able to work with ultrarunners all over the U.S., so I built a coaching business.
Coaching is non-clinical, so it’s not medical or counseling advice.
My mental wellness information is from evidence-based research, coming from several thousand hours of continuing education, and from my personal experiences of using it for years.
I've been a runner since 2010 and an ultrarunner focusing on the 50+ mile distance since 2016.
I'm also a mom. Sometimes my daughter is interested in going on a run together.
