These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern your use of our websites and apps, and any coaching, training plans, groups, events and related products and services we provide (together, the Services). Please read them carefully.
By using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a plan/subscription you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Plain-English summary (not a substitute for the full Terms)We coach and educate; we don’t provide medical advice.
You’re responsible for training sensibly and telling us relevant health info.
Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in line with the notice rules below.
Consumers buying online may have a 14-day cooling-off right (see §14).
We limit our liability as allowed by UK law, but never for death/personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
We respect your data – see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (see §29).
2. DefinitionsAccount – your user profile for accessing parts of the Services.Coaching – our one-to-one or group programming, feedback, calls, and related materials.Digital Content – non-tangible content we supply (e.g., PDFs, videos, plans, app content).Subscription – a paid, auto-renewing plan for ongoing Services.
3. Eligibility & accountsYou must be 18+, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your Account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. What we provide (overview)We provide educational training content and personalised Coaching for running and endurance.
We may also offer communities, webinars, challenges, and events.
Some features integrate with third-party tools (e.g., TrainingPeaks, Calendly, Stripe, Zoom/Meet, Notion, GoHighLevel, Zapier, GA4) – see §22.
5. Important health notice (we are not medical providers)We do not provide medical, physiotherapy, or dietetic services, and nothing in the Services is medical advice. Training carries risk. You agree to:
Train within your ability and stop if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, have chest pain or unusual shortness of breath.
Consult your GP/healthcare professional before starting or changing training, nutrition or supplements, especially if you have any condition, are pregnant/post-partum, or take medication.
Provide accurate, relevant information in questionnaires/onboarding and keep it up to date.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (times, weight changes, PBs). Results vary.
6. Ordering, onboarding & contract formationYou may request Coaching through our site or by contacting us. We’ll confirm details (scope, start date, price, minimum term if any).
A contract is formed when we send written acceptance (email or in-app) or when we first provide access to paid Services.
We may decline an order (e.g., capacity limits, risk concerns, pricing error).
7. Pricing, taxes & paymentPrices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated.
Payment is taken via Stripe or another provider. We do not store full card data.
Subscriptions bill in advance and auto-renew each billing period until cancelled (see §13).
Upfront options/discounts: where offered (e.g., 6-month upfront), fees are non-refundable after the cooling-off period except as set out in §15.
If a payment fails, we may retry, restrict access, and/or suspend or end Services (§18).
8. Minimum term & upgrades/downgradesA minimum commitment of 3 months applies to Coaching Subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may upgrade at any time (pro-rated); downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
Any change will be confirmed by email/in-app notice.

Law & jurisdictionThese Terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer living in another UK jurisdiction, you can bring proceedings in your local courts. Business customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Appendix B – Community guidelines (summary)Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, dangerous advice, or spam. Respect privacy and confidentiality. Keep discussions on-topic. We may remove posts or suspend users who breach these rules.
