Hey, I’m Hannah Witt
UESCA CERTIFIED RUNNING COACH AND EXPERIENCED COLLEGIATE LEVEL ATHLETE
I know firsthand how tough it can be to balance a full-time job, life responsibilities, and the desire to train well. I’ve been the runner squeezing in workouts before sunrise, battling desk-job stiffness, and feeling like there just wasn’t enough energy left for quality training. Learning how to train smarter, not just harder, changed everything for me. Once I began prioritizing key sessions and recovery, I realized that consistency and balance (not perfection!) are what make you a stronger runner.

My Coaching
Today, I help runners of all levels reach their goals, from first 5Ks and comeback races to personal bests and podium finishes in ultramarathons. My coaching blends evidence-based training with real-world experience so that running can fit into your life, not take it over.
With a background in personal training and group exercise, I bring a deep understanding of strength, mobility, and mindset to each athlete I work with. My athletes range from young adults discovering the sport to people pursuing fitness in their 80s. They all share one thing in common: a commitment to progress that feels sustainable and rewarding.
I especially love working with runners who are new to the sport and want to build a strong foundation, returning after time off or injury, struggling to find balance with work, family, and training, or ready to maximize performance and confidence at any level.
As a former high school and collegiate distance runner, I’ve lived the highs and lows of training. I’ve battled injury and anemia, and I’ve also experienced the thrill of leading races by over 30 seconds once I found my rhythm again. Those experiences taught me that running isn’t just about performance; it’s about resilience, perspective, and joy.
Running has been my anchor through every season of life. My mission as a coach is simple: to help you find that same sense of strength, calm, and possibility in your own running journey.
