Do I have to book a sales call?
No. MaxMile goes directly to its app-store route. For human coaching, start with a short online application. Nick confirms suitability, coach availability and your start date in writing before payment. A conversation is optional if you'd like help choosing.
What does Monthly Plan Review include?
For £97/month, a coach writes your initial running plan, reviews your training in writing each month and prepares your next block. You follow the plan independently between reviews. Between-review revisions, unlimited messaging and ongoing weekly coaching are not included. Choose 1:1 coaching if you want weekly review and adjustments.
Can I add strength programming to 1:1 coaching?
Yes. Add individual strength & conditioning programming alongside your running for £50/month extra, bringing the total to £197/month. Physiotherapy and nutrition appointments are not included.
How is MaxMile different from 1:1 coaching?
MaxMile is the app-led option for runners who want to manage their training independently. Free is £0; Plus is £15.99/month, with final pricing and terms shown in your app store. 1:1 coaching is a separate service with weekly review, direct contact with a human coach and a monthly call.
What are the human-coaching cancellation and contract terms?
Monthly Plan Review and 1:1 coaching, with or without strength, have a three-month minimum, billed monthly: £291 for Monthly Plan Review, £441 for 1:1 Running Coaching, and £591 with the strength option. They renew monthly until cancelled. Give at least 28 days’ written notice before your next billing date by emailing run@gomaxmile.com. Late notice incurs the next monthly fee. Statutory rights are unaffected.
